HEALTHY TIPS for Active Living
At Home
- Use staircase rather than elevator/lifts
- Stand while taking up a telephone call/ meetings
- Perform simple neck, feet exercises at the desk
- Walk to visit co-workers instead of sending a mail
- Take an exercise break at work to stretch, take a quick walk
- Get off the bus a few blocks early and walk to your destination
